Note
- Your answers will, of course, be treated absolutely confidentially and evaluated anonymously.
- The survey results will be used to create anonymous reports on person groups, i.e. they have no relation to you as an individual (e.g. “45% of the female respondents selected answer X for question XY”). The survey analysis will not permit conclusions to be drawn about individuals on the basis of individual responses or combinations thereof.
- Participation in the survey is voluntary.
- We will use a general link to the survey, so your answers will not be linked to your name or email address.
Privacy policy
Survey purpose
The aim of the employee survey is to gain an initial overview of the diversity in the workforce and your views on your current working conditions. Building from this, the KickIn! team will develop potential fields of activity and future measures in association with us (and you) at the company.
Survey duration: The survey will take about 15-20 minutes to complete.
Processing and storage period
- We use the Sosci Survey survey tool (data protection compliant according to GDPR and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), server in Munich, barrier-free, SSL-encrypted data transmission, daily encrypted backup).
- Personal data will not be passed to other third parties or individuals or institutions not involved in the survey.
- The raw data will be held by KickIn! and will not be passed to your company.
- On completion of the survey and evaluation phase, your data will be stored and archived for 12 months. It will then be permanently deleted.
Lawfulness of processing (pursuant to Art. 6(1a) GDPR):
Processing is lawful under Article 6(1a) of the GDPR because the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Note: As we do not use cookies, you cannot close the questionnaire and continue at a later time. You can, however, go back within the questionnaire to edit a response.
